Xenical helps to keep the weight while you are taking the diet. It is a pill to help you to lose the weight. The amount of fat which can be absorbed by your body is decreasing due to of Xenical.
Tell your doctor if you have any:

• gallbladder problems
• pregnant or trying to get pregnant

You should use Xenical with a drink of water by mouth. It is possible to take it with meal or you can take it one hour after the meal. Doses bigger than one hundred mg three times per day cannot increase weight loss, so do not overuse it.
If you are going to use it on your children, you better contact to your doctor for consultations. If you forget to take this medicine, take it one hour after meal that contains fat. If it is time for next one, take only one dose. Do not share this medicine and do not overtake it.

Note that Xenical cannot be taking along with:
• pravastatin
• warfarin
• Beta-carotene

• vitamins A, D, E, and K
• cyclosporine
Because Xenical influence on absorption of fat-soluble vitamins, you will need to take additionally vitamin pills. You should take vitamin pills after at least two hours after Xenical dose.
Provide your doctor about other pills which you are using. Tell him information if you smoke, drink alcohol or even drink coffee. All these can affect on correct medicine work. Also make consultations if you want to stop or start to use this medicine.
You should check changes in your body. Watch changes in your hair, skin or eyesight because of vitamin deficiency. You have to keep amount of fat in your diet on low levels.

• arthritis
• weakness
You should tell your doctor at once if you see it.
Next side effects do not require medical care:
• gas with release of stool
• loss of control of bowel movements
• increased number of bowel movements
• stomach discomfort
Keep this medicine out of the reach of children. It should be stored at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 and 30 degrees C).
